While you attend school at ETI, our Career Services Department works with you from the very beginning to make sure you’re prepared for the “real world”, with crucial career search strategies and techniques. You can expect to learn and gain assistance in the following areas:
- Preparing resumes
- Conducting employment searches
- Interview preparation
- Employer weld test preparation
- On campus employer recruitment testing for graduates (Welding)
- Ongoing Placement Services for Alumni
- Employer – Graduate Match Process, putting you in front of the right employers
Our dedicated Career Services Department works with you and employers to help you get started in the career you want, with an employer that wants you! Also, if you are a graduate in good standing, you can always come back to ETI to brush up on your skills.
ETI continuously networks with potential employers to ensure they understand the value of our graduates’ educations, seeks feedback on our graduates once employed, and to ensure both the employer and graduate match is mutually beneficial. This is one reason we have had some of the same employers hiring our grads for the last 20+ years.
Whether you are considering a career in the HVAC/R or Skilled Welder fields, know that we will be here to assist you when it is time to start your career.

ETI cannot guarantee employment to our students or graduates, we are here to give job leads and assist in your job searches but ultimately it is the students or graduates responsibility to obtain employment.
