Our Skilled Welding Program is designed to develop your welding skills by putting you in job-site simulations and guiding you through each welding process (SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, & Oxy Fuel Cutting) until your skills are your own – so you can take pride in the skills you’ve earned and enter the workforce with confidence.
Most of your time will be spent in our massive 13,000 sq. ft. welding lab, so you know when we say job-site simulations, we mean it. Claim the crown as a champion welder. ETI holds annual welding competitions with both scholarships and bragging rights on the line.

Oxyacetylene welding, also known as gas welding, is a process using oxygen and acetylene combustion. When using a hand-held torch or blowpipe, it produces a flame with a temperature of around 3200 degrees Celsius.
